At home abs workout

While most people think that doing 100 crunches a day will get you a six pack, there are much more effective ways to tone your midsection.  I have found this routine to be the most effective for everyone who trains with me:

20 crunches
20 leg raises
20 alternate heel touches
20 spider crawls

You can repeat this set of exercises as many times as you want!  Complete this routine at least once per day and you will be well on your way to fit abs.
