Backyard Circuit Workout for At Home Workouts! #kettlebell #burpees #crossfit #homeworkout


This was a great workout that you can do in the backyard with minimal equipment, for those of you that are interested in at home workouts!

5 rounds as fast you as can:

30 lateral jump overs of a bar
20 kettlebell swings
10 burpees

I finished in 13:25 seconds and was working hard! If you can beat my time, let me know 😉
