10 Arm Bent Over Reverse Flies (alternate)
15 Barbell Rows
10 Back Extensions
15 Lat Pulldowns
20 Kettlebell Swings
30 Runners

Skill:
Sumo Deadlift High Pull
5 Rounds of 5
