We all want to look the best in our Halloween costume no matter who or what we’re dressing up as.  Every day until Halloween I will be posting workouts that will help give you that last minute figure that will look great in your Halloween costume!
Day Four – Chest (3 Rounds):
Workout:
15 Incline Presses
15 Decline Presses
15 Flies
15 Around the Worlds
10 Plyometric Pushups

Skill:
Bench Press (5 Rounds of 5).
Weight should be heavy enough that no more than 5 can be completed in each round.
Perform warm up rounds first!
