We all want to look the best in our Halloween costume no matter who or what we’re dressing up as.  Every day until Halloween I will be posting workouts that will help give you that last minute figure that will look great in your Halloween costume! And today’s the day! Hope my workouts helped you tighten up!
Day Seven– Abdominals (3 Rounds)

Workout:
50 Sit-ups (with or without weight based on skill level)
50 Bicycle Crunches
Planks (with 50 toe taps to the side)
Side Plank with Hip Dip (25 each side)
25 Jackknife Sit-ups
