We all want to look the best in our Halloween costume no matter who or what we’re dressing up as.  Every day until Halloween I will be posting workouts that will help give you that last minute figure that will look great in your Halloween costume!
Day Six – Shoulders (3 Rounds):

Workout:
15 Lateral Raises
15 Anterior Raises
15 Posterior Raises
10 Lateral Rotations with Light Weight
15 Dumbbell Power Cleans into a shoulder press
10 Handstand Pushups
10 Burpees
