We all want to look the best in our Halloween costume no matter who or what we’re dressing up as.  Every day until Halloween I will be posting workouts that will help give you that last minute figure that will look great in your Halloween costume!

Day Three – Legs:
Overhead Squat (5 sets of 5)
15 Weighted Walking Lunges
15 Calf Raises
10 Lateral Lunges (each way)
15 Romanian Deadlifts
15 Tuck Jumps
