We all want to look the best in our Halloween costume no matter who or what we’re dressing up as.  Every day until Halloween I will be posting workouts that will help give you that last minute figure that will look great in your Halloween costume!  Day Two:
15 Bicep Curls
15 Kickbacks
10 Wrist Curls
10 Wrist Extensions
30 Second hold in push up position (1 minute rest)
(4 rounds)
