OK, so a lot of people have a sensitivity to gluten and look for delicious gluten free recipes.  I have tried a bunch of them in the past and some have been wildly successful and others have gone straight into the trash!  I can guarantee that you will love my Gluten Free Protein Pancake Recipe.  It’s very very easy and you don’t even need syrup because the bananas cook to the perfect natural sweetness!

Here is what you will need:

1 large egg
3/4 cup of fat free milk
3/4 cup of Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Pancake Mix
3/4 cup of low fat, low carb, Vanilla Protein Powder
1 banana halved and then sliced 

Now the easy part:

Mix all ingredients, minus the banana, with a fork.  After all ingredients are blended, stir in the banana.

Coat a fry pan or skillet with cooking spray and turn to medium heat.

Cook pancakes on each side until golden brown (1-2 minutes a side).

Serve and enjoy!
