Hey y’all!! I made these protein cookies yesturday and they came out really good!! If you’re looking for a sweet fix I would definitely try them! Below are the ingredients:

1.5 scoops of protein powder. I used chocolate peanut butter powder but you can use whatever flavor floats your boat!

1 cup smooth peanut butter (of your preference although low fat or Better N’Butter are the lowest calories and fat)

1 egg

2 Tbsp egg whites

1/4 cup oats

1/8 cup sugar (feel free to use whatever sweetener you ilke in place of sugar)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Start by preheating the oven to 350. Next spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Then add all th ingredients together in a bowl and mix. It should be a slightly dry consistency.

Using a tablespoon, portion out 1-1.5 inch rounds of dough  onto the greased cookie sheet.

Next using a fork flatten the cookies by pressing the tines in one direction and then again perpendicular to the first marks so they make a checker board.

Finally bake the cookies for 7 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes to cool.  If you want something a little sweeter feel free to add a hershey’s kiss, m&m, peanut butter cup, or whatever you’re craving on top before baking! Keep in mind it will add to the calorie/fat count if you add candy to them! Below is what they should look like. Hope you enjoy these as much as I did.
