On Monday, we posted an upper body workout.  Naturally, to balance out the workouts and really feel the burn, the lower body is next!

Lower Body Workout

All exercises done for three rounds of 15,
Jumping Lunches are 10 per leg.

Weighted Squats
Plyometric Lunges (Jumping Lunges)
Hamstring Curls
Calf Raises
Box Jumps
