Have you been dreaming of sweet chocolatey peanutbuttery balls? I know I have! That’s why I made these and they are fantastic. Packed full of protein and super delicious! Here’s what you need:

2 Cups chocolate peanutbutter protein powder (I use syntha6 but you can use whatever brand you prefer)

1 Jar peanutbutter (again your preferred kind)

1/2 bag of sweetened or unsweetened shredded coconut

Next empty the peanutbutter into a mixing bowl and add the protein powder. This is easiest if you add 1/4 of a cup at a time until the full 2 cups has been mixed in.

After the mixture is ready roll into balls that are roughly 1 inch in diameter. Next spread the shredded coconut onto a cookie sheet to roll the balls in. This makes for easy cleanup!

After all the balls have been rolled in coconut place them in the fridge to chill for about an hour. Each ball has around 100 calories and 10 grams of protein! Hope you all enjoy these as much as I do!
