Working out with heather is a wonderful experience! I have always been a gym goer; but she taught me specific exercises that helped me achieve my specific goals faster. Heather varied our routines with circuit training, Olympic lifting, target lifting, varied cardio routines, stretching exercises, and nutritional recommendations. With her instruction, I saw dramatic improvements in my strength, my endurance, and my physique!
