I have been working with Heather for almost a year now. The results that I have achieved today are largely due to Heather’s perfect combination of diverse methods, circuit training, and challenging, yet achievable goal setting. I had extreme lower back pain and she started me off slow, always encouraging me. She had me focus on strengthening and stretching my back to make it strong enough to handle workouts. If it wasn’t for Heather, I would probably be overweight and spending my days in pain.
