Hey everyone!

A lot of my clients have asked me the proper way to do a pushup and you will notice that a lot of my workouts involve pushups, so I decided to show you how to do a pushup!

Pushups are an essential tool to any workout program. Doing a pushup correctly is one of the best ways to measure your overall strength. You can do a 30 day pushup challenge from home to build your chest, triceps, shoulders, and your core muscles.

Start with just 1-2 per day, build to 2-4 a day, and work up to 30-50 at the end your 30 days. If you have trouble doing pushups with your own body weight, feel free to modify the pushup by resting your knees on the ground and just use your arms and your chest to mimic the pushup movement like this:


The best thing about pushups is that you can do them ANYWHERE! There should be no excuses 🙂

Keep good form and you will see your strength increase!
