This week’s theme: Feel the Burn.  

If you aren’t sore after a workout, chances are you aren’t doing the right workout.  Try focusing on certain parts of your body.  This week, we will go through a series of exercises for each part of the body that will really help you feel the burn!

Monday – Upper Body Workout
(All exercises done 3 sets of 15 repetitions)

Bicep Curls
Tricep Extensions
Chest Press
Lat Pulldown
Back Extension
Crunches
